Who we are Halcyon Grid was co-founded in 2019 by a master electrician and a data center project manager. We install power for hyperscale data centers and semiconductor-industry facilities across the Phoenix area, and we've energized 480 MW of critical IT load on 14 data center projects. What you'll do Install EMT and rigid conduit, cable tray and busway in data halls and electrical rooms Pull and terminate large feeders to switchgear, UPS systems and PDUs Install prefabricated assemblies built in our Mesa shop Set, dress and wire panelboards Megger-test, label and document your work to project specs Guide 1-2 apprentices on your crew What you bring 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, or a completed apprenticeship (Arizona has no state journeyman license, so we verify skills with a short hands-on test) EMT and rigid conduit bending and large-feeder pulling Ability to read one-line diagrams and panel schedules OSHA 10 and your own hand tools Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check for site badging Nice to have: data center or mission-critical experience, medium-voltage terminations, busway installation, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E. Schedule Monday-Friday, 5×10s: 10 paid hours a day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch, 50 hours a week. Hours over 40 pay 1.5×, Sundays pay double time. Some phases run nights at +$3/hour. From May through September, shifts start at 5:00 AM.
