DESCRIPTION
We're a licensed Arizona electrical contractor running commercial, industrial, and retail work across the Phoenix metro
  • tenant improvements, lighting packages, panel work, industrial service, and service calls.
We are a state-affiliated apprenticeship program, so this role includes leading work in the field and helping develop apprentices on the job. We need a working foreman who can run a small crew and still turn a wrench. This is not a desk job and it is not residential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead day-to-day work on commercial, industrial, and retail jobs and service calls Install, troubleshoot, and repair lighting, panels, circuits, motors, controls, and distribution Bend and install EMT, pull wire, terminate panels, and punch out clean work Read plans, layouts, and specs; plan manpower and materials Keep jobs safe, on schedule, and up to NEC / local inspection Communicate with GCs, inspectors, and the shop — no surprises Mentor and train apprentices through our state-affiliated apprenticeship program Drive between west-valley and valley-wide job sites
MUST HAVE
5+ years commercial, industrial, and/or retail electrical experience Proven lead or working-foreman time — you've actually run a job, not just been the senior guy on the truck Strong NEC knowledge and clean workmanship Valid driver's license and clean MVR Reliable transportation and your own hand tools Able to pass a background check and drug screen Able to work Arizona heat, ladders, lifts, and 50+ lb lifts Comfortable working independently on service calls and as the lead on small crews Willing to teach and hold apprentices to a real standard Willingness to communicate with the office team to keep projects on track
NICE TO HAVE

C-11 / CR-11
experience or equivalent field time under a licensed contractor (AZ has no state journeyman card) Prior experience training apprentices in a registered / state-affiliated program OSHA 10 or 30 Retail TI, industrial service, or facility maintenance experience Basic computer skills (email, photos, simple material lists) Bilingual English/Spanish
