About the Role JML Electric is looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to support tenant improvements, office build-outs, service work, and light industrial projects. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for a dependable electrician who can work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install and terminate conduit, wire, lighting, devices, panels, and electrical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, risers, and electrical schedules Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems and perform service-related repairs Install LED lighting systems, dimming controls, occupancy sensors, and related equipment Perform conduit bending (EMT) and clean, code-compliant installations Coordinate with general contractors and other trades on active job sites Maintain organized and safe work areas Assist with punch-list work and smaller service calls as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience required Strong troubleshooting and service experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with commercial tenant improvements and office build-outs preferred Familiarity with NEC and commercial electrical systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders/lifts OSHA-10 is a plus Why Join JML Electric Flexible scheduling Family-owned company with consistent work opportunities Professional and respectful work environment Opportunity to support a variety of commercial projects throughout the

Valley Pay:
