POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure safety of team members and customers. Assist construction Team to Achieve Project Quality Control. Assist Team to Achieve Project On-Time Completion. Assist with Equipment Control and Jobsite Cleanliness. Work with construction Team to Maximize Customer Satisfaction.
HIGH PAYOFF ACTIVITIES
Ensure Safety of Team Members and Customers Follow current K2 safety standards, make sure you are current with safety changes, Ensure Safety is Priority in Work Related Decisions. Identify, report, and Address Safety Violations to your team lead, us as a Learning Tool, be a role model for good safety practices. Identify and Address Hazardous Conditions on the Job, follow K2/34. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite daily. Assist Construction Team to Achieve Project Quality Control Become familiar with current code requirements, follow K2 standards for installations, and practice K2 Electric Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards. Verify installations meet Project requirements as directed by your lead, never defaulting outside of minimum code requirements. Ensure installation matches design documents as directed by your lead. Assist Construction Team to Achieve Project On-Time Stage ALL kits, material, and prefab at the location of install. Review Job Plans daily with Foremen/lead, e. to understand Job Lay-Out and Equipment requirements. Complete projects to ensure maximum production, use of K2 Standard Volume Requirements. Complete

%. Zero Open Items. Communicate work not able to complete to lead. Provide verbal/written task updates daily to Foremen/lead. Identify time & material remaining on Be proactive in identifying new assignments or Learn, understand, and communicate to foreman/lead project delay issues Learn, understand, and communicate task material needs and forecasting. Assist with Equipment Control and Jobsite Cleanliness Ensure tools are cleaned, maintained and returned to K2 tooling lock Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Walk job site to inspect cleanliness at day end. Inspect ladders, extension cords and other equipment and communicate any issues to Foremen prior to Ensure that ALL personal tools are brought to site and taken home, daily. Always keep tool belt on. Must have required tools from K2 tool list on site, daily. Work with construction Team to Maximize Customer Satisfaction Cooperate with other trades to support project teamwork and Communicate with Foremen/lead regarding conflicts with other Maintain friendly relationships with clients, owners, inspectors, employees, and future clients in accordance with K2 current employee handbook, core values, and core purpose. Stay current with required documentation, OJT hours, and training in accordance with your current training program.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must have good command of the English language - verbal and written Must be mechanically inclined Team player with good customer and people skills Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently. Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment Good analytical and problem-solving skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach over head - all for extended periods of time Must be willing to work both indoors and out at all times of the year Able to Climb ladders (all types) and work from scaffolds and lifts. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 51 pounds unassisted
