We are a family owned and operated business based in Phoenix and we are growing our Territory! If you have at least 5 years of Residential Electrical experience and are ready for a Lead position, we want to chat with you! • Must have your own reliable transportation • Must have your own hand tools Job Overview We are seeking skilled and experienced Lead Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of electricians in various tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of both low and high voltage systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Lead Electricians will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations while delivering high-quality electrical work. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians on-site to ensure timely completion of projects. Must be able to Manage a crew of 4-6 Must be ok with Travel Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage wiring. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform electrical tasks safely and efficiently. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations. Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and handymen, to complete projects that require multi-trade skills. Skills Proficient in working with low voltage systems and high voltage systems. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work. Experience as an industrial electrician with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately. Familiarity with NEC regulations to ensure compliance in all electrical installations. Skills in frame carpentry are a plus for integrated project work. Competence in using an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
