Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. This full-time role requires expertise in installing solar electrical systems . Experience in residential/commercial troubleshooting and installation is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and install electrical systems efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, panels, and circuit breakers. Diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Test electrical systems and components. Work with both high voltage and low voltage systems ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans. Ability to use various devices including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand/power tools. Work with customers to assess electrical needs and provide professional recommendations. Perform commercial electrical work as needed (if experienced). Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar electrical systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Stay updated on industry advancements and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 3 years of Experience with solar electrical systems . Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills including the ability to document work completed, materials used, and work remaining to complete the job. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments, including attics, high temperature areas, crawl spaces, and outdoor settings. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
