From our scheduling and administrative staff to our experienced and certified technicians and installers, we recognize that the value of our business is a direct reflection of the integrity and professionalism of our employees. We are excited to extend our divisions of service in residential and commercial electrical services, and because of the growth, we are looking to hire an Experienced Electrician to join our team! Our experienced Service Electricians are responsible for selling and performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to sell and repair scopes of work with close attention to customer service and overall satisfaction.
The Role:
Licensed Electrician Pay range : Hourly, $40-$45.00 + Competitive sale and install commissions. Company Vehicle and gas card provided.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, no on-call, volunteers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Installations:
Safely install and connect wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components as required for new construction, remodels, or repairs.
Customer Sales & Service:
Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of the services performed and recommendations for system improvements or repairs.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including troubleshooting faulty systems, wiring, and appliances.
Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent issues, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes.
Compliance:
Ensure all work meets or exceeds local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
Documentation:
Accurately complete and maintain records of inspections, work completed, and materials used.
Whole home generators:
When applicable: Install, diagnose, and repair commercial back-up generators, including troubleshooting and wiring.
Required Experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, including residential and commercial systems.
Sales:
Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience, including creating estimates and closing jobs.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and operate safely in various weather conditions.
Driver's License:
With a clean driving record
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
Preferred Experience:
Proven experience installing, repairing, or maintaining whole-home or commercial generator systems. Intermediate knowledge/use of industry-standard software (i.e., ServiceTitan, or other related systems)
