Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Day Shift:

5am - 3pmKey Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in an industrial environment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects and upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices as needed.
Minimal Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an industrial electrician.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
- Valid electrician's license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, control systems, and PLCs.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing plant with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Pay:
