Job Description

job summary: Established Mining Operations is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor in Nipton, CA! You will bring 5+ years of Supervising experience in an industrial manufacturing setting. Delegate work associated with safe and efficient production for mining and processing equipment. Oversee major equipment set up and dismantling, while assisting with designing of electrical equipment, facilities and systems for industrial processes. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nipton, California job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Orchestrate daily workflows to ensure mining and processing machinery operates at peak safety and productivity levels.

Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee full alignment with MSHA standards and internal safety protocolsExecute equipment installations, teardowns, and repair projectsDesign and facilitate technical training modules on safety awarenessContribute to the blueprinting and integration of industrial electrical systems, components, and facility infrastructurePioneer new applications for industrial controls and instrumentation to modernize operationsManage the hands-on deployment and troubleshooting of systems directly within field environmentsValidate that all manufacturing and installation phases meet precise technical specs and client expectationsMaintain records to verify compliance with all EHS mandates
Requirements:
5+ years of Supervising experience in an industrial environmentElectrical design, maintenance and operations experienceHigh voltage DC distribution systems Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision plansRetirement optionsBonus potentials between 10-20%Stock Equity, vested over a 4 year period qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 5 years of experience
Education:
