Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician or Foreman in the industrial electrical field. Our work is primarily in Food and beverage, Oil and Gas, Water treatment, Mining and more. We are looking for personal with high levels of experience with Rigid conduit, Ocal conduit, heavy industrial projects. majority of our work is local anywhere from 10-30 minutes from our office. We do travel for work as needed for the farther out customers, so travel is also a part of the job and that is compensated with subsistence or drive time depending on the job locations. If you have a good apprentice that you would like to keep with you that is always an option as well as we are growing company wide with personal. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on various industrial construction projects, including renovation and new builds. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical schematics to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts. Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, safety protocols, and local regulations. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines and specifications. Conduct site inspections to verify quality control, safety compliance, and proper documentation of work progress. Mentor apprentices and junior electricians while fostering a safe, productive work environment. Experience Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong background in industrial construction site environments. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with low voltage systems, high voltage installations, and renovation projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. Knowledge of NEC standards, schematics interpretation, and PLC programming is highly desirable. Prior leadership or foreman experience leading electrical crews on construction sites is preferred.
