California Registered Electrical Trainee (ET) - Flexible Local Work Crew Solutions, LLC Brentwood, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time $20.50 - $28.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Training program Electrician Apprentice Ability to follow instructions Safety protocol implementation Full Job Description Job Overview CrewSolutions is looking for California-registered Electrical Trainees (ETs) in the Brentwood and greater East Bay area who are interested in flexible, paid electrical work. CrewSolutions connects qualified electrical trainees with local licensed electrical contractors that need additional help on job sites. Work may include residential, commercial, or other electrical projects depending on the assignment. This is a good fit for someone who is already enrolled in an approved electrical training program, wants more hands-on experience, and is looking for flexible work around their availability.
Pay:
$18-$30 per hour based on experience, qualifications, CrewSolutions trainee level, and the specific assignment.
Hours:
Part-time and temporary. Hours vary based on available jobs and your availability. Hours are not guaranteed. What You'll Do Assist licensed electrical contractors and electricians on active job sites Help with basic electrical installation, wiring, conduit, fixtures, and other assigned electrical work Use hand and power tools safely Follow job-site safety procedures and contractor instructions Keep work areas clean and organized Arrive on time and ready to work Complete assigned shifts and timekeeping through CrewSolutions Specific responsibilities will depend on your experience level and the contractor/job you accept. Requirements Current California Electrical Trainee registration Currently enrolled in a California-approved Electrical Trainee program Able to provide documentation verifying your trainee status Reliable transportation to job sites Government-issued photo ID Authorization to work in the United States Able to follow instructions and work safely on active construction sites Electrical or construction experience is preferred but experience requirements vary by CrewSolutions level How CrewSolutions Works After applying, qualified trainees will go through a short verification process. Once approved, you may receive access to CrewSolutions and be able to view available jobs in your area. You choose which available assignments work with your schedule. Pay and job details are shown before you accept an assignment. Joining CrewSolutions does not guarantee a specific number of hours or assignments. Available work depends on contractor demand, location, experience level, and trainee availability. Pay Levels CrewSolutions uses experience levels to help match trainees with appropriate work: Level 1: starting at $20.5/hour Level 2: starting at $22/hour Level 3: starting at $24/hour Level 4: starting at $26/hour Level 5: up to $28/hour Final placement is determined by CrewSolutions based on experience, qualifications, and documentation.
