Job Description
Hanover Company is looking for a Make Ready Technician for Hanover Burlingame, a luxury mid-rise apartment community in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Make Ready Tech is responsible for performing quality maintenance in a timely manner and satisfying all reasonable make-ready requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Paint and/or patchwork sheetrock in apartments and offices. 2. Paint building exteriors and fencing when needed. 3. Assist in basic make-readies. 4. Re-stripe parking lots, curbs, tennis courts, and other common areas when directed. 5. Follow all safety programs implemented by Hanover and according to policy. 6. Walk the property and report any liability problems immediately. 7. Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic manner. 8. Carry company issued mobile device when "on call" periodically. 9. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Lifting belt required. 10. Represent property and Hanover professionally through dress and behavior.
