This leadership role requires a highly skilled electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems, code compliance, and the ability to effectively manage crews and job sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on residential and commercial projects Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications Coordinate and order materials needed for projects to maintain workflow and deadlines Manage job progress and maintain quality workmanship standards Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and team members Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company expectations Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License required
• Minimum 15 years of electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of electrical code and industry standards
• Proven leadership experience running crews and managing job sites
• Ability to organize workflow, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity
• Experience ordering materials and managing job-related logistics
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
