• Premier Packaging Manufacturer (City of Industry, CA) We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automated systems in our fast-paced production facility.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery, PLC systems, and 3-phase electrical components, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery, including conveyors, press machines, injection molding machines, and assembly line equipment Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and automated systems such as motors, motor controls, control panels, relays, sensors, transformers, and 480V/3-phase systems Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and VFD drives Maintain and calibrate automation and control systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance Collaborate with production and engineering teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates in maintenance logs Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, or Controls Technician Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and production equipment Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting/programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) Proficiency with motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, limit switches, and control panels Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Industrial Electrical Systems, PLC Programming, or Automation Technology Experience in a high-volume production or manufacturing facility Knowledge of robotics and automated packaging systems

PM Pay Rate:

$40

• $45 per hour
