Contract Job #312499 A well-established manufacturing company is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support operations at our Rancho Dominguez facility. Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM

• 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Pay Rate
• $ 38-43 DOE Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical equipment and systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will play a key role in maintaining production uptime through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment Diagnose and repair issues with motors, control systems, and PLCs Install, replace, and upgrade electrical components (e.g., relays, sensors, breakers, wiring) Read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and ladder diagrams Ensure compliance with safety standards and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical school training or apprenticeship in a skilled trade preferred Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including: 480 VAC, 277 VAC, 120 VAC controls, and 24 VDC controls 3-phase motors and motor control circuits PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and frequency drives (VFDs) Ability to troubleshoot industrial control systems effectively Experience reading and developing electrical schematics and ladder logic Additional Skills (Preferred) Welding experience California State Electrician Certification Prior leadership or team lead experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or move up to 55 lbs If you're a hands-on electrician with a strong background in industrial maintenance and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly, we encourage you to apply!
