Opportunity:
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and helping keep facility operations running safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will work with a variety of systems and equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to a team-focused environment that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and systems within area of expertise. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostic evaluations, and service calls to ensure reliable equipment performance. Complete equipment installations, repairs, and work orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Maintain inventory levels of parts, tools, and materials while keeping storage and work areas clean and organized. Follow all company policies, departmental guidelines, and established safety procedures in daily operations. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying cost-saving opportunities that maintain quality and safety standards. Provide guidance or support to less experienced employees and assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:
High school or trade school diploma Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
What Sets You Apart:
HVAC license 10 years of combined experience and education Construction knowledge Plumbing knowledge Solid working knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and knowledge of safe working techniques and procedures Good oral and written communication skills
