Position Overview As a Service Professional with Mr. Electric of Elk Grove, you will be the face of our company, delivering professional electrical services while building lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients throughout the Elk Grove and surrounding communities. Experience Required:
Minimum 4+ years of professional electrical experience Primary Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering the exceptional customer experience Mr. Electric is known for Build trust and confidence through professional communication, explaining electrical issues and solutions in clear, accessible terms Present customized recommendations to enhance safety and functionality of client properties Technical Expertise Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade electrical systems in residential and light commercial environments Perform comprehensive electrical services ranging from basic fixture installation to complete panel replacements and rewiring projects Diagnose complex electrical problems through systematic troubleshooting and testing Execute new construction electrical installations in compliance with specifications Safety and Compliance Ensure all work meets current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local regulations Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential safety hazards Leave every client property safer than before your arrival Maintain strict adherence to company safety protocols and procedures Professionalism and Representation Represent Mr. Electric of Elk Grove with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions Maintain clean, organized work areas and respect client properties Complete accurate documentation and service records using company digital tools Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success
Qualifications and Requirements Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of professional electrical experience in residential and commercial service environments Demonstrated expertise in residential electrical service and light commercial applications Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting 50+ pounds and working in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.) Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
California Electrician License ET Card or other electrical certifications
Technical Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety standardsProven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with service calls, repairs, installations, and upgrades Familiarity with modern electrical systems, tools, and testing equipment Competency with tablet-based service management applications
