This position supports safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while complying with Company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable electrical codes. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and mechanical equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot analog and digital control systems, PLCs, motor controls, sensors, instrumentation, and electrical components. Install, maintain, repair, and test AC/DC motors, motor drives, inverters, transformers, electrical panels, lighting systems, and conduit. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems throughout the facility. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications. Repair and maintain electrical motors, drives, process equipment, and associated mechanical components. Inspect equipment and determine when repairs or replacement of components are required. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects. Complete maintenance work orders, inspection reports, and other documentation accurately and timely. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Company safety procedures. Maintain work areas in accordance with Company housekeeping standards. Safely operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment after receiving appropriate training and authorization. Assist in training new maintenance employees as assigned. Work independently or collaboratively with production, engineering, contractors, and other departments to minimize equipment downtime. Respond to emergency equipment failures as required. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Overtime, weekends, holidays, rotating schedules, and emergency call-ins may be required based on operational needs. Employees are required to comply with all Company safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not directly supervise or manage any employees. Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience. Minimum three (3) years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
