Role:

Mister Sparky in Fremont, CA is looking for a driven and customer-focused Comfort Advisor - Electrician to join our energetic team! In this role, you'll combine your electrical expertise with a consultative approach to help homeowners find the best solutions for their needs. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and building lasting customer relationships, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform in-home electrical assessments and present tailored service solutions to residential customers Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs, upgrades, or installations Educate homeowners on electrical safety, energy efficiency, and available service options Provide accurate estimates and guide customers through service agreements and financing options Execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with local codes and safety standards Maintain a professional, clean, and respectful presence in customers' homes Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

Valid California Electrician Certification or Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred 2+ years of residential electrical experience Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present and close service recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
