Job Description

Summary of the
Position:
The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and PLC equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works on new installations of all power, light, motors, transformers, control panels, relays, and electronic equipment. Utilize Express Maintenance (CMMS) to document repairs and/or installations. Performs technical and electrical repairs. Performs all other duties as assigned. Assists in other building maintenance or repair activities as needed. Reads and follows electrical schematics for high voltage, low voltage, and various control circuits. Completes special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Five or more years of experience as a maintenance electrician required. Knowledge of electric and control circuits. Knowledge of electrical components and wiring. Knowledge of drives and PLC controls. Strong mechanical skills. Ability to work on elevated platforms. JBSS is an
