Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic maintenance team as a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance. Your technical skills and proactive approach will directly contribute to high-quality production, minimized downtime, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your industrial maintain and mechanic knowledge. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and other automated equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters. Diagnose complex electrical systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical blueprint reading, and control panels to identify faults quickly and accurately. Follow safety protocols diligently when working with high-voltage systems, hydraulics, or other potentially hazardous machinery components. Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment with a focus on CNC machinery or similar automated systems. Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanics. Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical systems using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and diagnostic tools like voltmeters and ampmeter.
