We are looking for a reliable Service Technician to join our team at a dedicated customer site in Oxnard, CA. If you enjoy troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues (with an emphasis on electrical) and being hands on with repairs, we'd love to meet you. This position is perfect for someone who values a consistent schedule-you'll work four 10-hour shifts and be at a single-site location. What the Day-to-Day Looks Like You won't just be fixing machines; you'll be the onsite expert that the customer relies on.
Your main focus will be:
TroubleshootingRepairs:
Keeping overhead cranes, hoists, and drives running smoothly.
Preventative Maintenance:
Performing regular inspections and diagnostic tests to catch issues before they happen.
Building Relationships:
Acting as one of the site contacts, attending safety meetings, and keeping everyone in the loop on equipment health.
SafetyPrecision:
Operating man lifts and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. What You'll Bring to the
Team Hands-on Experience:
At least 2-3 years as a technician in an industrial setting with strong electrical experience.
Technical Skills:
A solid grasp of electrical and mechanical systems (with strong electrical experience, trade school or on-the-job experience).
The Right Mindset:
You're calm under pressure, good at reading schematics, and comfortable working at heights.
Basic Tech Skills:
You're comfortable using a computer or tablet to log your work and check schedules.
SchedulePerks Shift:
Four 10-hour days.
Environment:
Fixed customer site (no constant traveling to different cities).
