Job Description

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the
Peninsula:
office buildings, retail, and industrial sites for property managers and national facility groups. We're not a big-crew outfit. Our engineers and technicians work with a full maintenance team behind them, and they're trusted to solve the problem in front of them without waiting on a project manager.
THE WORK
Commercial electrical service and repair across our portfolio: lighting, panels, circuits, receptacles, controls, and troubleshooting on systems already in place. Service work, interior remodels, and refreshes. You'll work across a portfolio of commercial properties, not one site.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Commercial electrical experience. A current California Electrician Certification. Safe troubleshooting on energized systems. Reading prints and one-lines. Your own hand tools.
NICE TO HAVE
Lighting controls. Building controls integration. 480V three-phase experience.
WHAT M5 PROVIDES
Tools provided. Uniforms provided. Dental and vision fully paid by the company, and half your medical premium. 401k with company match. Paid holidays and 40 hours paid sick leave. Phone allowance. Company vehicle depending on the role. We hire people from union and non-union backgrounds. What matters is what you can do in a building. M5 Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer. CSLB #1105715.
