Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohnert Park, CA, for general construction professionals across all positions in the Electrical / Low Volt Division & General Construction Estimating Team. Team members may assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and low-voltage systems, including wiring, conduits, panels, equipment, and related infrastructure. Daily tasks can include reading and interpreting drawings and specifications, performing layout, pulling and terminating cable, setting fixtures and devices, and ensuring work complies with safety codes and project standards. Professionals in this division collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades, support testing and troubleshooting, and help maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Depending on position and experience, responsibilities may also include leading crews, coordinating material and tool needs, documenting work progress, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical equipment, with the ability to work safely around energized and de-energized systems. Experience with electrical design and electrical engineering concepts relevant to installation, layout, and troubleshooting. Understanding of power generation and distribution systems as they relate to commercial, industrial, or government projects. Prior experience in electrical construction, low-voltage installation, or general construction within similar environments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Commitment to safety practices, including adherence to OSHA and company safety standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple trades and project teams. Relevant certifications or licenses (such as electrician or low-voltage certifications) are preferred; willingness to continue professional development is valued.
