This position is deal for the candidates with 2+ years experience in Residential Electrical looking to grow their skills,project management, and ability to run and lead jobs Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, and schematics to identify root causes efficiently. Install, repair, and upgrade electrical systems in homes, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and low voltage systems. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to plan and execute electrical projects aligned with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly and safely. Perform renovations or upgrades on existing electrical systems during remodeling projects or home improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and construction site best practices. Communicate clearly with homeowners about work progress, safety procedures, and maintenance tips to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as an electrician with residential service expertise; Solar or commercial experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of NEC regulations, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and low/high voltage systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects with a focus on electrical installations. Ability to read technical schematics and construction blueprints accurately. Valid electrician license or enough hours to qualify for test ; ongoing professional development preferred.
