Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team for upcoming projects in the Southern CA area. This is a prevailing wage position, offering competitive pay based on government-mandated wage determinations. Candidates must have previous experience performing electrical work, lighting retrofits, including LED upgrades and ballast replacements in commercial or institutional settings.
Responsibilities:
Install electrical components and systems in customer facilities Use ladder, scissor lifts and platforms to work on electrical systems within the commercial buildings Perform inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality Repair electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring or light fixtures Assess and determine steps necessary to trouble-shoot an electrical situation using testing equipment Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of interior and exterior lighting systems. Maintain accurate job site completion records and submit to supervisor. Update Supervisor on all work statuses in a timely manner. Maintain an accurate driver's log in compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain a tidy and organized company vehicle.
Requirements:
Must have a current and valid CA Journeyman Electrician License\ Previous experience working on commercial electrical systems Working knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices Ability to use hand and power tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment Reliable transportation to job sites within the Southern CA area Must be eligible to work in the United States OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus High school diploma or GED required; additional trade certifications are a bonus Why Work With Us?
