We specialize in service work, infrastructure upgrades, lighting systems, and complex electrical projects. We are known for quality workmanship, strong field leadership, and high standards. Position Overview This is NOT an entry-level position. We are hiring a Senior Service Electrician with 4+ years of verifiable, hands-on field experience in commercial and multi-family electrical work. Candidates must have real-world experience performing subpanel installations, meter-main replacements, service upgrades, and complex electrical installations. We are looking for a seasoned professional — someone who can walk onto a jobsite, diagnose issues independently, perform clean installations, and lead by example. If you need supervision for basic panel work, this is not the right role. Required Field Experience (Must Have) Candidates must have hands-on experience with: Subpanel installations and replacements Meter-main replacements Service upgrades and service equipment installations 120V-480V systems Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Commercial and multi-family electrical environments Experience must be verifiable. Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics (120V-480V systems) Install and replace subpanels, meter mains, and service equipment Complete service upgrades and infrastructure improvements Lead complex electrical installations from start to finish Ensure full compliance with NEC, Title 24, and local codes Mentor and support junior electricians in the field Communicate clearly with clients and project managers Maintain accurate job documentation, material tracking, and time reporting Safely operate lifts, service trucks, and jobsite equipment Represent the company professionally on all job sites Qualifications Minimum 4+ years verifiable field experience as a Service Electrician Strong NEC and California code knowledge Proven experience with panel work and service equipment Ability to work independently without constant supervision Robust personal tool set required OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record CA DMV Driver Record required prior to in-person interview Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet Experience operating
