Schedule:
M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate:
$30.00 - $60.00 per hr.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Install and remove small tools and minor facility components, including electrical, mechanical, gas lines, ducting, decontamination, and earthquake bracing. Remove and route CAT6 ethernet and install or repair cylinder chains, air guns, cleanroom dispensers, and tabletop plexiglass. Complete project punch‑list tasks and perform assigned Clean, Safe & Secure (CS&S) action items. Support Tool Belt Program activities by coordinating subcontractor walkthroughs, obtaining bids, and assisting with scheduling and safety compliance. Process subcontractor work orders and ensure all work follows safety policies and signage requirements. Assist with Tool Belt documentation, building alerts, cost‑savings tracking, and BU support statistics. Meet assigned project timelines and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in building cleaning and maintenance work. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow. Ability to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
