Job Description

Blue Streak Lighting & Electric is hiring a mid-level Service Electrician with 2-4 years of verifiable field experience. This role is for electricians who can work independently on service calls, troubleshoot circuits up to 480v, and perform lighting retrofits for multi-family and commercial clients.
Responsibilities include:
Perform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs (120-480v). Replace, retrofit, and customize lighting fixtures. Calibrate and install lighting controls. Review and complete work orders using our online system; communicate with clients by email. Ensure compliance with NEC, Title 24, and local codes. Survey projects for quotations and provide clear recommendations.
Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License with clean record. CA DMV Driver Record required before in-person interview (Request Online). OSHA 10 certification. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30ft. 2-4 years of verifiable experience as a Service Electrician. ET card or California electrician license.
