You will focus on diagnosing complex electrical issues, executing preventative maintenance, and optimizing machinery to drive operational efficiency and safety across our facility. Responsibilities Execute planned electrical maintenance to ensure the integrity of high-output production machinery and facility systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, including extruders, trim presses, conveyors, and grinders. Implement performance upgrades and modifications to existing machinery to enhance throughput and reliability. Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs to ensure regulatory compliance. Uphold rigorous safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent hazards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical and electrical challenges, ensuring minimal downtime. Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical blueprints. Expertise in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and complex industrial electrical systems. Proven ability to safely operate hand and power tools for precision repairs. High school diploma or equivalent certification. Preferred Skills Direct experience maintaining thermoforming or injection molding machinery. Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens). Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo motor systems. Demonstrated ability in welding and metal fabrication techniques.
