In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of construction and industrial sites. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure is safe, reliable, and compliant with all relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks with precision. Test electrical systems using instruments such as ohmmeters and ammeters to diagnose issues accurately. Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and installations for compliance and future reference. Skills Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical wiring and systems. Hands-on experience working with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems safely. Familiarity with NEC standards, schematics interpretation, and the use of testing devices such as ohmmeters and ammeters. Skilled in using various hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for electrical work. Ability to work safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
