Job Description

Full Job Description We are looking for a skilled and dependable Residential Electrician with a minimum of 5-7 years of residential tract home experience . Candidate must be able to work independently, read plans accurately, and complete all phases of residential electrical installation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of residential tract home electrical experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans Experience with rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety standards Ability to install and terminate panels, circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting systems Experience with service upgrades and electrical repairs Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical rough-in and finish work on new residential tract homes Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as needed Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes Maintain a clean and safe work area Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet deadlines
Pay:
$28.00 – $35.00 per hour
