An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install panels, fixtures, and devices per code
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform troubleshooting/repairs
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local jurisdiction requirements
- Coordinate with apprentices, foremen, and other trades on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Accurately complete job documentation (time sheets, material lists, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Work independently and lead small teams when necessary What You Bring
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician Certification
- 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and California electrical code
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor in various conditions
- Have your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites across the North Bay
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
