We take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and long-term relationships with our clients. We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our crew who can work independently and is open to leading others. What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Run conduit, pull wire, and install panels, fixtures, and devices per code
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform troubleshooting/repairs
• Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local jurisdiction requirements
• Coordinate with apprentices, foremen, and other trades on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Accurately complete job documentation (time sheets, material lists, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Work independently and lead small teams when necessary What You Bring
• Valid California Journeyman Electrician Certification
• 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and California electrical code
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor in various conditions
• Have your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites across the North Bay
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
