We are currently seeking an experienced Solar/Electrical Journeyman/Foreman to join our team! The Electrical Journeyman/Foreman will work as the site manager and help motivate, drive, and manage the team to ensure assigned tasks are completed within the allotted time frame and budget. Schedule- Mon-Fri. Some weekends and OT may be required Work Location-Will work in either Northern or Southern CA Sign on Bonus/Top Pay$$$ Pay range- May vary by Location

Responsibilities and Duties Construction management of subcontractors; Inspection and logistics of large-scale roof and ground mount PV electrical systems. Solar/PV construction & commissioning. Knowledge of DAS or SCADA installations. Including but not limited to the installation of a systems weather station and various components. Ability to interpret the designs' intent. Inspection service for solar/PV, electrical and general construction Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints. Assist in lay out of work for crew. Quality Assurance on all assigned projects Development and implementation of plans for managing time, materials, and manpower Qualifications and Skills Valid CA General Electrician License Valid CA Driver's License 3-5 years' experience in Electrical Sub-contractor supervision 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Electrical Work Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
