Full-time Overview Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or a similar role Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments Valid driver's license (if travel between sites is required) [

608, or Journeyman License]
