We have 2 openings for Electro-Maintenance Mechanic's 2nd shift - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm 3rd shift - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Your responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, controls, and equipment in a beverage manufacturing facility, including blow molding machines and packaging/bottling machines and equipment. This role ensures production equipment operates efficiently and safely, while minimizing downtime. Core Competencies The ideal Electrician/Technician demonstrates strong technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, and automated production equipment. Success in this role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize work orders, and the judgment to address urgent production issues quickly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification, diploma, or apprenticeship in Electrical Technology or related field preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience as an electrical technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, wiring, control circuits, and automation systems. Experience programming and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Skilled in installing electrical panels and working with robotic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics. Knowledge and experience working safely with both high- and low-voltage electrical systems. Familiarity with motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial automation is a plus. Proficient with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills and strict adherence to safety protocols.
