Job Description

Job Summary Overview Central Pump Company, located in Center, CO is seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our dynamic team. You will play a key part in the installation and repair of electrical systems for irrigation projects. Responsibilities Lead the installation and repair of electrical systems related to irrigation pivot systems, pump and motor circuits. Set up and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of solar panels and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (experience is a plus). Ensure all systems are installed to a high standard and comply with current NEC and local codes. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues as they arise. Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 1 year of electrical experience, Preferred Valid Electrician license or certification, Preferred Experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Ability to read and interpret one-line drawings and electrical schematics. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Must abide by PPE rules and regulations. Must pass a drug screening. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Willing to train the right candidate with some electrical knowledge

Full-Time Schedule:
5-day work week, with overtime required during April-August. Benefits Health insurance Paid holidays, paid time off, and sick time. Quarterly bonus available based on company performance.
