Licensed Journeyman Electrician

• We are seeking a skilled Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.

As Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including construction sites and industrial environments.

Your expertise in reading blueprints and working with general building practices will be essential to ensuring that all electrical installations meet the required standards.

• Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
• Work on construction sites to install electrical systems in new buildings or renovations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working with electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure timely project completion
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Licensed Journeyman Electrician, preferably in construction settings
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
