Job Description

Master Electrician - Facilities Maintenance Join a stable, long-term facilities team supporting a large campus environment with diverse electrical projects and advancement opportunities. This is a senior-level electrical role offering autonomy, leadership responsibilities, and consistent work across commercial and institutional facilities. Position Overview Seeking an experienced Master Electrician to oversee, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical systems in a large facilities environment. This individual will work independently while also supervising and coordinating the work of electricians, maintenance personnel, and outside contractors. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and wiring Maintain and repair electrical systems up to 600 volts Supervise and inspect work performed by electricians and maintenance staff Coordinate with outside contractors on facility projects Order electrical materials and supplies Interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications Manage and update computerized work orders Provide guidance on electrical code compliance and safety standards Support ongoing facility maintenance and improvement projects Required Qualifications Colorado Master Electrician License High school diploma or GED Strong commercial or institutional electrical experience Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and codes Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations Valid Colorado Driver's License Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Preferred Experience Experience with CMMS or work order systems such as WebTMA Experience leading or mentoring electricians or maintenance teams Full time - Pay rate 34.77 with built in raise at 6 months GREAT benefits - at low to no cost for individual and family #PEG2
