Job Description

Commercial & Industrial Electrical ForemanAre You the Electrician Everyone Relies On? When a project gets complicated, are you the person people call? Specialized Electric is seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead projects, mentor electricians, and help us continue building our reputation for exceptional workmanship throughout the Denver Metro area. This is not a position for someone looking to simply punch a clock. We are looking for a skilled leader who takes ownership of their projects, communicates effectively, and sets the example for the crew every day. What You'll Do As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the successful execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising crews of electricians and apprentices Planning work activities to maintain productivity and project schedules Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics Troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving field challenges Maintaining quality control and ensuring work is completed safely and correctly Communicating with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers Training and developing less experienced electricians Monitoring job progress and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope Upholding company standards for professionalism, craftsmanship, and safety What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader with strong technical knowledge, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of successfully running projects and crews.
Qualifications:
Current Colorado Journeyman Electrician License Minimum 5 years of journeyman-level experience At least 3 years of experience leading crews of 3 or more electricians Strong commercial and industrial electrical experience Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead by example and earn the respect of your crew Valid Colorado driver's license with an insurable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma, GED, or equivalent What Sets Our Team Apart We're a family-owned company that believes skilled tradespeople deserve respect, opportunity, and a workplace where their contributions matter.
