What You'll Be Doing:
Running residential service calls: troubleshooting, repair, and installation Owning the whole customer experience, from diagnosis to presenting pricing options to collecting payment Explaining electrical issues to homeowners in plain language Helping build the pricing standards, workflows, and processes for the department Building repeat customers and long-term relationships Keeping documentation and invoicing accurate Keeping your truck clean, your appearance professional, and your work code-compliant

Beyond that:
