• We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support operations in a heavy industrial environment. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components , including motors, control panels, gauges, and instrumentation Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving motor control circuits, relay logic, and drive systems Support planned maintenance, capital projects, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance Hands-on experience with power distribution systems up to 4,160 volts Working knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Basic computer proficiency (experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus) Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM On-Call Rotation:
Every 4 weeks Shutdown Period:
Annual shutdown with extended hours required Pay Rate:
$42.32/hour (with annual increases) Annual Salary Equivalent:
