PRECISION PLUMBING, HEATING, COOLING, AND ELECTRIC
Precision Plumbing, Heating & Air is a residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical service company based in Boulder, Colorado and has been in business since 1982. We are looking to bring on several full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. Position Summary As an Electrical Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair electrical systems in homes and businesses, handling everything from wiring and panels to fixtures and circuits. You're trusted to work independently, explain what's going on in plain terms, and leave every job done right the first time. It's honest, hands-on work that offers real job security for the long run. Key Responsibilities Diagnose electrical issues and repair wiring, circuits, panels, outlets, and lighting Install and service electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures Provide upfront pricing and explain solutions to customers clearly Run safety and performance tests on each system you work on Document job notes, photos, and parts used for each call Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory Follow safety procedures and local electrical codes We Offer Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses 401(k) retirement with company match Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off Company events & parties Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term disability insurance Education High school diploma or equivalent required Certified electrical apprenticeship preferred Experience 3+ years of residential or commercial electrical service experience Licensed Journeyman or equivalent state certification strongly preferred Licenses/Certifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Proficient with electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools Physical Demands and Conditions Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and extended standing/walking Occasionally working in confined spaces or at heights Work Environment/Travel Field-based, may require evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts Ability to pass background check and drug screeninBenefits
