In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including commercial and residential environments. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical operations, supporting our commitment to quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the electrical field. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs. Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Work on construction sites performing wiring for new builds or renovations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with construction teams and frame carpenters during renovation or new construction projects to coordinate electrical work seamlessly. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or failures before they occur. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on-site. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide installation or repair tasks accurately. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation. Experienc Commercial electrician experience working on construction sites or renovation projects. Familiarity with NEC standards, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Prior construction site experience demonstrating ability to work safely in dynamic environments. Knowledge of renovation processes involving electrical upgrades or modifications within existing structures.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
