Job Summary Journeyman Electrician Karisma Electric
  • Parker, CO Full-Time | Statewide Colorado Projects (Residential & Commercial)
  • About Karisma Electric Karisma Electric is a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor based in Englewood, Colorado.
We deliver high-quality residential and commercial electrical services across the state, including new construction, renovations, remodels, panel upgrades, lighting installations, and EV charger installations. Our team is known for professional workmanship, integrity, safety, and building long-term client relationships with a positive, charismatic approach. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical installations and repairs on residential and commercial projects, with opportunities to specialize in EV charger installations. You will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work meets or exceeds the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, lighting, fixtures, and control systems.
  • Perform new construction rough-ins, remodels, service upgrades, and final trim work.
  • Install and commission EV chargers (Level 2 and 3, and related infrastructure) for homes, businesses, and multi-family properties.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Bend and install conduit, pull wire, and terminate equipment.
  • Ensure all installations comply with NEC, Colorado regulations, and project requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, apprentices, and other trades.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices when needed.
  • Complete required documentation, inspections, and quality control checks. Qualifications & Requirements
  • Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician (JW) License (required; reciprocal licenses considered with ability to transfer).
  • Minimum 4+ years of verifiable electrical experience (residential and/or commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical theory, blueprints, and code-compliant practices.
  • Experience with EV charger installations is a big plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Own basic hand tools and power tools for the trade.
  • Ability to work at various heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors as needed.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • OSHA 10 (or higher) certification preferred. What We Offer
