Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings. Interpret and execute electrical plans and blueprints in compliance with NEC standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems, controls, and wiring. Lead and oversee a team on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate with clients and team members to achieve project goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications Required:

Valid Connecticut E2 or E1 Electrical License. High School Diploma or GED. At least 4 years of experience in the electrical field, with a Journeyman Electrician. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Skills and Attributes:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work with large equipment. Must provide personal hand tools.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a drug test. Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
