In this role, you'll be responsible for: Install and replace electrical panels, circuit breakers, and service upgrades to meet modern electrical demands. Perform full home and commercial rewires, including removal of outdated wiring and installation of new circuits. Install surge protection devices for whole-home and commercial electrical systems. Set up indoor and outdoor lighting systems, including recessed lighting, security lighting, and landscape lighting. Wire and install pool and hot tub electrical systems, ensuring proper grounding and bonding. Install and replace switches, outlets, dimmers, and
GFCI/AFCI
devices for safety and functionality. Install standby and portable generators, including Generac and other leading brands. Wire and configure automatic transfer switches (ATS) to ensure seamless backup power operation. Perform load calculations and ensure proper electrical integration with main service panels. Conduct generator start-up, testing, and troubleshooting to verify system performance. Install EV chargers for residential and commercial customers. Set up washer and dryer electrical hook-ups, ensuring proper circuit configuration. Install and replace ceiling fans with appropriate wiring and mounting. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in homes and businesses. Qualifications E-2 License. Understanding basic circuitry. Conduit installation. Light commercial experience is a plus. Generac Trained. Great customer service skills. Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters. Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations. Experience in residential and commercial settings preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics, with knowledge of high and low voltage systems. #Ele1
