Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable E2 Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Candidates should be confident in their abilities, take pride in their work, and be committed to delivering high-quality results on every job. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential and commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans Run conduit, pull wire, complete rough and trim, install panels/subpanels Install outlets, switches, lighting, service equipment, and specialty electrical systems Troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency Lead, mentor, and guide apprentices when needed Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional Requirements Valid E2 Electrician License (Connecticut) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong knowledge of NEC and industry best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Punctual, dependable, and drug-free Strong communication with supervisors, team members, and clients Preferred Skills Residential and commercial install experience Ability to train apprentices and delegate tasks Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Familiarity with electrical estimating, service calls, and jobsite workflow What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Weekly pay Professional growth and leadership opportunities Supportive, respected work environment Hands-on training and continued development Schedule Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift Overtime as needed
