Job site locations are throughout Broward & Palm Beach County. Reliable transportation is required. Hours are generally M-F 7:00am-3:00pm depending on work available. Position open to both full time and part time applicants. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Experience is highly preferred, on-site training also available for a hard worker who knows their way around tools and a construction site. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings. Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues. Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems to support automation projects. Ensure all work adheres to NEC standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. Skills Experience with industrial electrician tasks. Proven commercial electrician experience with an understanding of NEC requirements. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers; power tools including drills and saws; testing devices like ohmmeters. Construction site experience with renovation projects; familiarity with framing carpentry is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing schematics and technical manuals; handyman experience is advantageous. Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces; excellent physical stamina for long shifts on construction sites.
