At Rack Electric, a family‑owned company with four decades of excellence, we deliver premium commercial and residential electrical work and are Florida‑certified leaders in EV supercharging deployments with top industry partners. What You'll Do Own commercial installs from start to finish—plan, install, test, and verify. Perform detailed inspections on wiring, equipment, and systems to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with precision and speed. Coordinate closely with project teams to align on scope and solutions.
Model safe work:
wear PPE at all times (hard hat, safety glasses; respirator when required). Apply NEC and safety standards across every phase of work. Your Background 7+ years as a Lead Electrician. Expert troubleshooting at 480V. Deep experience with 3‑phase commercial systems. Comfortable working independently and leading by example. Proven ability to mentor apprentices and helpers. Requirements Journeyman license or equivalent 7+ years of Lead Electrician experience. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 a plus. Located in the Boca Raton, FL area. Willing to work 8-14 hour days, based on project load. Thorough knowledge of the NEC and applicable regulations. 10+ total years in commercial or industrial electrical environments. Advanced knowledge of systems and equipment; proficient with electrical tools and test gear. Clean driving record. Self‑motivated, reliable, and safety‑minded.
